If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and details of the issue. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement or refund. Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from Bubble Mint. This policy does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
